[font=宋体][size=22pt] 电炉烟气、[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]LF[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]钢包精炼炉烟气及原料系统工业废气中的主要污染物为含铁粉尘，产尘量为[/size][/font][font=Times New Roman][size=22pt]15kg[/size][size=22pt]/t[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=22pt]坯，含铁率在[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]70%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]以上。烟气原始含尘浓度[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]4000mg/m3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]，烟气经过除尘后，通过烟囱排入大气，排放浓度低于[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]40mg/m3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]，符合国家排放标准的要求。[/size][/font][size=22pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=22pt] 水泵、风机、空压机、轧机、连铸机抛丸机以及冷却系统汽包上的放散管工作过程中产生不同程度噪声。项目通过选用先进生产工艺及设备，并根据设备产生的噪声特性及操作特点，对设备采取消声、隔声、吸声等措施，处理后本项目对厂界的影响满足《工业企业厂界噪声标准》的[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]Ⅲ[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]类限值要求。[/size][/font][size=22pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=22pt] 电炉烟气、[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]LF[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]钢包精炼炉烟气及原料系统工业废气设计采用一套除尘系统进行除尘净化，除尘器采用脉冲布袋除尘器，除尘效率在[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]99%[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]以上，处理后烟气经[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]25m[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]高排气筒达标排放；轧钢车间加热炉采用天然气作为燃料，烟气烟尘、[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]SO2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]、[/size][/font][size=22pt][font=Times New Roman]NO2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]等污染因子产生浓度均满足国家《大气污染物综合排放标准》二级标准要求。经处理后的废气中各项指标均符合《大气污染物综合排放标准》二级标准的要求。[/size][/font][size=22pt][/size]

[font=宋体][size=22pt] 建设项目设软水系统、净环水处理系统、连铸净化浊循环水处理系统及浊环水处理系统等生产废水处理设施，生产废水全部处理循环使用，不外排；生活污水净化粪池处理后排入市政排水管网，进冶金园规划污水处理厂处理，其中主要污染因子排放浓度均满足国家《污水综合排放标准》三级标准要求。[/size][/font][size=22pt][/size]

[size=22pt][font=Times New Roman] ③ [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=22pt]对于水泵和空压机设有专用的水泵房、空压机房，可以起到有效隔声作用。[/size][/font][size=22pt][/size]
