Key Responsibilities:
        Influencing and Persuading clients that safety is good business
        Leading local OSH effort.
        To assist our Surveyors and clients in developing effective safety control measures in the workplaces.
        Liaising with and supporting Safety Leaders and OSH Representatives.
        To support Area Management in the control and mitigation or OSH risks.
        Liaising with Regional OSH Manager.
        To act as a lead OSH incident investigator for low and moderate risk incidents and carry out root cause analysis as required.
        To report area OSH performance to area management and the Safety Team.
        Providing OSH support and assistance to Country Management
        Lead a team of OSH practitioners.

Requirement:
        Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Risk Management or related subjects, essential
        Ten Years minimum shipbuilding industry experience, essential
        Experience in managing projects, essential
        Fluent in English (CET 4 or equiv.) and Mandarin, essential
        Good knowledge of Chinese regulations, codes and standards for HSE, preferably also knowledge about international codes, preferred
        Five years minimum working experience in Occupational Health & Safety, preferred
